Spiryted Pro is a low-cost monthly subscription ($2.99/month) with no long-term commitment. Because you can try the free tier indefinitely before purchasing, and because each billing period is short, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (see Section 3). This includes, without limitation: partial billing periods, unused time, renewals you forgot to cancel, accidental purchases, and dissatisfaction with the service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked on your Settings page, or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no further payments are taken. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off right for digital subscriptions (for example, the EU or UK 14-day withdrawal right), that right applies as provided by law. By starting your subscription, you request immediate access to Spiryted Pro and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that any withdrawal refund may be reduced proportionally for the period already supplied. Statutory refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), contact us at support.reflekt@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. Verified billing errors are corrected or refunded. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute with your bank — chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account while the dispute is resolved.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
