Spiryted is operated by Abdullah Shabbir, an individual based in Pakistan (“Spiryted”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Spiryted, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If we discover an account held by someone under 16, we will delete it.
Spiryted lets you post one photo a day of something you’re glad you did, building a personal streak and board. You can optionally add friends, who can see your board, react to your photos, message you, and “cover” a missed day for you (a streak save) to keep your streak alive. Accounts are private by default; you may optionally make your profile public, in which case your profile and board are visible to any signed-in user and users can follow you. Posting your own win does not require any friends.
Streaks, streak saves, reactions, and other counters are gameplay features provided for motivation only. They have no monetary value, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, preservation, or availability.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You may have only one account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account as described in Section 7.
Spiryted offers an optional premium subscription, Spiryted Pro, priced at $2.99 per month. Pro currently unlocks unlimited board history, unlimited streak saves from friends (free accounts: 3 per month), a higher friend limit (50 vs. 20), full-resolution photo export, and a verified badge. We may adjust which features are included in Pro and in the free tier over time; the core daily-posting loop always remains free.
Your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged $2.99 until you cancel. There is no free trial. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal linked on your Settings page or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, who handle and store your payment details — we never see your card number. If we change the subscription price, we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies only to subsequent renewals. All payments are final and non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or required by law.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Spiryted — photos, captions, messages, and stickers. By posting or sending content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely as needed to operate and improve the service: your board is shown to you and to people allowed to see it (accepted friends, and all signed-in users if you set your profile to public); messages are shown to their participants; donated photos appear on the recipient’s board. This license ends when the content is deleted, except that (a) content already shared with another user may persist for them as described below, and (b) content may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.
You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it. Be aware that content shared with another person may remain with them even after you remove it: a donated photo stays on your friend’s board (it documents their streak), an exported photo lives in their export, and nothing stops a recipient from screenshotting. Do not post anything you would not want a recipient to keep.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without prior notice. Where practical, we will tell you what happened and why. Accounts terminated for violations are not entitled to any refund. We may also discontinue the service or any feature; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice so you can export your data.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use, share, and delete it, including how direct messages and public profiles work. It forms part of these Terms.
Spiryted is built on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Vercel, and Lemon Squeezy). We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or other failures caused by these providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOUR PHOTOS, MESSAGES, STREAKS, OR OTHER DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST. KEEP YOUR OWN COPIES OF PHOTOS THAT MATTER TO YOU — THE EXPORT FEATURE EXISTS FOR THIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, STREAKS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR TEN US DOLLARS (USD 10). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE LIMITS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED, AND NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) brought by a third party arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan. If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable rights or a non-waivable choice of forum, those rights are unaffected by this clause.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the service. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
